Phil Davis Phil Davis joined Michael Page after graduating from university in 1988. Working in both Windsor and London, he specialised in finance and accounting recruitment. After managing the Middlesex division, he then transferred to Sydney in 1996 to set up Michael Page Australia's northern suburbs finance and accounting section. In 1999 he joined Robert Half International; a New York Stock Exchange listed financial recruitment company featuring on the S&P 500. As Managing Director of the Australasian business, Phil grew the company to encompass 130 staff across four offices in both Australia and New Zealand. He resigned in 2002 to set up Q Executive Pty Ltd. Brad Gilbert Prior to joining Q Executive Brad had over 10 years experience in online sales and print media sector with some of Australia's largest media companies. Seeking a change and a new challenge Brad joined Q Executive in March 2007 to develop the temporary and contract desk. Nick Ashton Nick initially joined Q Executive as a consultant in October 2006 and has had three years experience recruiting finance professionals into organisations spanning all industry sectors. Having also gained experience with international recruitment companies in Sydney, Nick has a developed a number of relationships throughout the local market and is continually focused on developing these relationships and generating new business. Brendon Smallsman An experienced and highly effective recruitment consultant with a strong track record in placing candidates up to executive level in both Accounting and Insurance markets. Brendon's recruitment experience within the Accounting market covers Commerce & Industry, Financial Services, and Public Practice sectors. Brendon commenced his recruitment career in 2004 following 10 years experience as an insurance professional. Joining a leading Financial Services recruitment firm, he was quickly promoted to a Senior Consultant and then Manager of their Accounting Recruitment team before being given the responsibility of establishing a presence for them in the Melbourne market. In 2009 Brendon joined Q Executive in order to develop new recruitment opportunities across all sectors of the Accounting market. Marie Wheeler Marie has an extensive and comprehensive background in financial management, culminating with a position in one of the world's largest media technology groups as a Commercial Manager. Marie provides Q Executive with commercial support in addition to payroll and accounting services. Lauren HolmesPersonal Assistant Lauren joined Q Executive in 2007 as Team Administrator. She has four years experience in the market research industry specialising in coordinating customer service surveys. Lauren will complete her professional studies in the healthcare industry at the University of Technology Sydney in 2011.
